Wickedly Grape Sorbet
Made with homegrown grapes frozen over the summer months. This easy recipe for decadent grape sorbet captures summer beautifully.
3 cups green grapes
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp lemon zest finely grated
1 tsp lemon juice
1.Blend frozen grapes in a food processor, scraping down the sides as needed.
2.Add remaining ingredients and puree until smooth.
With three ingredients, it doesn’t get easier than this.
Notes:
Can be kept for one to two months in the freezer.
