Using up mashed potato to create deliciously crunchy crackers…
60g Leftover mash potato
120g rice flour
30g cornflour
30g gram flour
1/2 tsp lo salt
40g vegan margarine
4 tbsp water
1 tsp sesame oil
2 tsp caraway seed
1. Make the dough and roll it out on a floured surface.
2. Cut the shapes wanted.
3. Pierce the surfaces with a fork.
4. Bake at 200c for 10-12 minutes.
Tip: Rub fats into flours first.
Then add wet ingredient’s.
Stir in seeds last 👍
Tip: The thinner the cracker the more crunch…
