Autumn Chia Pudding
Brighten your Autumnal days with this cheerful chia breakfast.
240ml oat milk
120g chai seeds
1 banana
8 medjool dates
50g raisins
1 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
Vanilla yoghurt Alpro
Cacao nibs or favourite toppings
1. Blend milk with banana, dates, nutmeg and maple syrup, until all well combined.
2. Pour into a bowl and stir through chia seeds and raisins.
3. Pour into four serving glasses and refrigerate overnight.
4. Top with Vanilla yoghurt cacao nibs or your favourite toppings before serving
